Quick Summary: 30-day returns · Original condition required · Refunds within 10 business days
Returns — You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@zeblismapo.com and we'll provide return instructions.
Damages & Issues — Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zeblismapo.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items — The following cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges — To exchange an item, return it using the process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want. Contact us at support@zeblismapo.com to get started.
International Customers (EU) — If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund. If your refund hasn't appeared after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at support@zeblismapo.com. If your return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
