You Have 30 Days to Return
Changed your mind? No worries. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Just make sure the item is unworn or unused, has its tags still attached, and is in its original packaging. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Received Something Damaged or Incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@zeblismapo.com. We'll make it right — fast.
Items That Can't Be Returned
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Shopping from the EU?
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no reason needed. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little extra time on their end. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, please contact us at support@zeblismapo.com.
